In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Each Player may hold only one (1) uy777 Account. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uy777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. uy777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• uy777 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at any time without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has provided false information or is in breach of these Terms.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

All financial transactions on the uy777 Platform — including deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). uy777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not be responsible for conversion losses incurred by any third-party payment processor.

uy777 supports the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Supported methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is always displayed in your Account dashboard.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform's payments section. Processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and KYC verification status.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal is processed, uy777 may require satisfactory KYC documentation and confirmation that any applicable wagering requirements on Bonuses have been met.
• Source of Funds: uy777 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into any Account in compliance with AML obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.
• Same-Method Policy: Winnings will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. uy777 reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal methods at its discretion.

uy777 may from time to time offer Bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, PSL promotions, and other incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, valid game/market restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be clearly communicated at the time the Bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• uy777 reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or circumvented bonus terms, including through the use of multiple Accounts or coordinated play.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused Bonus balance or free bets that remain after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's Account.
• uy777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following rules govern all sports and cricket Wagers placed on the uy777 Platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A Wager is only valid once confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the uy777 system. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical failure will be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the Wager.
• Match Abandonment: If a cricket match or sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market's settlement conditions are met, uy777 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes in accordance with the applicable sport's rules.
• Obvious Errors: uy777 reserves the right to void Wagers placed at odds that were clearly published in error (palpable error). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are detailed in the Platform's betting rules section. uy777 reserves the right to limit the stake or payout of any Wager at its absolute discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are available for selected cricket and sports events. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and uy777 does not guarantee the availability of any market at any given time during a live event.

uy777 covers PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, Test series, T20 Internationals, ODIs, and other domestic cricket competitions. The availability of specific markets is subject to change without notice.

All casino games available on the uy777 Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, and card games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer technology provided by licensed third-party game studios.

• RNG Certification: All RNG-based games are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fairness and statistical randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. The rules of each table game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.) are governed by the studio provider's rules as displayed at each table, supplemented by these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uy777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in connection with Wagers placed on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the uy777 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uy777 staff or other users of the Platform.

uy777 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable Players. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, all accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions after which you will be automatically logged out.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of uy777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uy777 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

uy777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

uy777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and accepts no liability for losses attributable to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond uy777's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages and force majeure events.

uy777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a uy777 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

uy777 implements technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and segregated data storage — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. uy777 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing use.

uy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects or determines any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Provision of false or misleading KYC documentation.
• Failure to satisfy age verification requirements.
• AML or compliance concerns that cannot be resolved to uy777's satisfaction.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure for cause, uy777 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining PKR balance (net of applicable Bonus amounts not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any eligible balance will be refunded following satisfactory KYC verification.

uy777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, uy777 will provide advance notice to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.
